We’ve approached every detail with the care an artist would give to his or her masterpiece. Our general store at the Elk River Lodge offers a wide array of keepsakes and souvenirs along with a good selection of food staples for those staying in the lodge or heading off on a picnic or backpack excursion. You’ll find basics such as milk, cheese, eggs, hamburgers, buns, a variety of snacks and candy, beverages, beer and wine, and picnic items. We also carry items for all sorts of outdoor enthusiasts such as medical kits, hunting and fishing gear, and we even sell Fish& Game licenses. As proud patrons of creativity, we also feature original works made by local artists throughout the hotel. The general store also boasts a good selection of cold beer, wine and liquor in our well stocked liquor store. It does not stop there though; we also sell tobacco products and premixed cocktails too!

The general store is open year-round to provide our guests and Elk River locals with all of the essentials as well as souvenirs. Dairy, frozen goods, packaged and canned goods, health and beauty products, fishing gear, local artisan goods and even doTERRA essential oils and more can all be found here.

Our lodge is inspired by the historic and beautiful area of Elk River, and in turn, our on-site restaurant has a real hometown feel. Come in for a tasty selection of breakfast options until noon or freshly prepared sandwiches and pizza until 5 o’clock.

Dubbed “Huckleberry Heaven” by the locals, Elk River satisfies some serious huckleberry cravings. Come try everything from truffles, popcorn, coffee and our famous huckleberry pie and soft serve ice cream of course!
